With more than 20 years of experience in the financial market André started as partner in charge of Corporate Desk at Banco BBM. After that he became the commercial superintendent at Banco Pine, and later, a member of the commercial team at Banco Pan. He also worked at the Investment Banking area of BTG Pactual. Partner in charge of the Structured Finance team in 2019 at XP Investimentos. André has a degree in Business Administration from the School of Economics, Management, Accounting and Actuarial Sciences of the University of São Paulo (FEA-USP).

HELOISA SANTOS
With 20 years of experience in Operations, she began her career at BBM and moved on to Pactual (2003-2009). From 2009 to 2016, she worked as head of international back-office at Vinci Partners. She worked at JP Morgan in NY, and was also a partner and COO at M Square and, most recently, a COO at XP Investimentos. She has a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from UERJ (Universidade Estadual do Rio de Janeiro).
DANIEL MAGNO
Daniel began his career at Banco BBM, working in the credit rating and international bureau (equities) areas. He was an IR manager for developer CR2. At BrMalls and REP, he worked as a portfolio manager for shopping and strip malls. At Vinci Partners, he worked as a HY and HG credit fund analyst. He returned to BBM as head of the credit rating area and later took on the same role at Banco Pan. He has a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from UFJR, a graduate degree in Finance, and a Master’s degree in Economics from FGV.
SERGIO GONÇALVES
With more than 30 year of experience in the financial market, Sergio was the partner responsible for Legal and Credit Operations at Banco BBM. He worked at Banco BBM for almost 20 years.
In the last 10 years he worked as a lawyer at Tauil Chequer Advogados Associado a Mayer Brown.
Sergio has many years of experience in credit specially in complex structures and agrobusiness. Sergio has a degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro – PUC/RJ and Pos Graduation in Compliance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas do Rio de Janeiro – FGV/RJ
DÉBORA NOGUEIRA
Débora Nogueira was an associate at Cescon Barrieu from 2014 to 2021. She has a degree in Law from the Milton Campos Law School, and a graduate degree in Contract Law from the Institute of High Studies in Law – CEDIN. She attended the U.S. Business Law Academy (Columbia University in the City of New York) and Financial Accounting (The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania).

RAFAEL SANCHES
Rafael started his career at Radar Propriedades Agrícolas, he worked in several areas where he acquired extensive experience in the agricultural market. He also worked at Enforce SA as coordinator of Agriculture asset class.
Before joining MAV, he was responsible for generating new business in agricultural market at Jive. He has a degree in Agricultural Engineering from UNICAMP.
